If you haven’t already submitted an application for employment, please do so by clicking on Apply at the bottom of this page. If you have already submitted your application, a Human Resource Associate dedicated to your region will review it and contact you to set up an interview if your qualifications match our current needs.

Schedule an Interview

If you have been identified as a substitute candidate, you will receive an email notification to schedule a phone interview at a time that works best for you. 

 

Background Checks

All substitute employees are required to provide FBI and BCI criminal background checks. Results must be dated within 365 days of hire.

 

Substitute Teaching License

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field to be eligible to apply for a Substitute Teacher License. A recruiter will provide district information for processing at the time of hire. Cost of the license is $25 and it is paid for by the substitute. 

 

Substitute Aide Permit

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED to be eligible to apply for a Substitute Aide Permit. A recruiter will provide district information for processing at the time of hire. Cost of the permit is $25 and it is paid for by the substitute.
